Target is a department store that is available to a lot of people because of its many locations. Did you know that Target offers a wide variety of cruelty-free products at different price points as well? There seems to be a cruelty-free beauty or household product for everyone at Target, on any budget. Because Target offers such a wide variety of cruelty-free products, this list has been extended beyond just beauty products. I have also listed cruelty-free household and cleaning products that Target offers as well.

This list includes brands that are cruelty-free at Target and meet ALL of the following criteria:

They do not test on animals during any part of production

They do not order materials from any third party vendor who tests on animals

They do not have third parties test their products on animals on their behalf

They do not sell their products in countries that require animal testing (i.e. mainland China)They are not owned by a parent company who tests on animals

Below is an A-Z list of 100% cruelty-free beauty brands available at Target. Many of these brands offer vegan products as well, and I have also listed which brands are 100% vegan.
